help develop a roadmap to meet the needs and assist in executing the roadmap to achieve significant results
• Provide and or support( Lean and Six Sigma training, facilitate Kaizen Events ,ISO Series ) and provide follow-up to drive operational improvements
• Mentor and coach others in the use of Lean and Six Sigma tools on assessments, operational analysis and implementation of lean and Six Sigma methods
• Support the firm’s activity by assisting in developing new business opportunities and developing intellectual property.
• Extensive travel to client locations; international travel possible
